Refund Policy
CraftMap subscriptions are a software service. If you find that you would like a refund for a charge as part of the subscription. You can reach out to support@craftmap.com and it will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
We do not grant refunds for:
- People who use the service's premium features after a subscription charge. If you pay for a month then proceed to use the premium service, you cannot be refunded.
- Charges 30 or more days ago. Please reach out as soon as you notice an issue.
For the best chances of success:
- Reach out to support@craftmap.com as soon as you have an issue.
- Do not use the service if you want to be refunded.
Additional issues may qualify for a refund, but that is at the sole discrecion of CraftMap. Please reach out if you believe this applies to you.
Delivery Policy
CraftMap Subscriptions
Delivery is automatic and granted at subscription payment completition. Premium features are automatically applied to your account.
CraftMap Platform Purchases
Delivery of store purchases on the platform are managed by their respective users. Reach out the store you purchased from for their respective delivery policy.
Return Policy

Due to the nature of the subscription service. As this is a non-physical software service, it cannot be returned.

Purchases on the platform are managed by their respective users. Reach out the store you purchased from for a refund directly from them. CraftMap is just an intermediary.
Cancelation Policy
You can cancel your CraftMap subscription at any time here.
Privacy Policy
CraftMap collects the follwing data from you, the user:
- Information provided as part of account creation.
- Basic site analytics, about how and when pages are used.
- Anonomous location data.
- Locations of events, pictures, and subjects.
CraftMap uses the collected data above for:
- Improving the site design, user workflow, and performance optimizations.
- Partners, event organizers, vendors, and attendees.
